Opening Prayer:
Father in Heaven hear our prayers and petitions today as a people who walk without fear knowing the love you have for us all.
Intention:
For the Church: that we may live in the confident assurance of God’s abiding concern and providential care for us, we pray to the Lord.
Response: Lord hear are prayer.
Intention:
For its people to have the grace of freedom: that God will free our hearts from fear and anxiety so that we may respond with love and concern in whatever God asks, we pray to the Lord.

Intention:
For the gift of courage: that we may confidently bear witness to our values and principles even in times of opposition and resistance from the culture around us, we pray to the Lord.
Response: Lord hear are prayer.
Intention:
For all elected leaders: that God will give them insight into the effects of their decisions and help them to make choices that will bring about the greatest good for society, we pray to the Lord.
Response: Lord hear our prayer.
Intention:
For all who have experienced or who live under the threat of violence, whether from neighborhood turmoil, organized crime, terrorism, or armed conflict: that they will know God’s strengthening presence and redeeming love, we pray to the Lord.
Response: Lord hear our prayer.
Intention:
For all who are ill and those care for them: that God will send healing to the sick, strength and wisdom to those who care for them and inspiration to those researching treatments and vaccines, we pray to the Lord.
Response: Lord hear our prayer.
Intention:
For all who have died, May they go to Father without any fear and be welcomed home remembering, William Becker, we pray to the Lord.

Closing Prayer:
Father in Heaven,
We ask that you free our hearts from fear, help us to experience God’s unconditional love for us, and give all a deep confidence that God will wipe away every tear and give us the fullness of life. We ask this through your Son Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with you in union with the Holy Spirit one God forever and ever, Amen.

If you are aware of someone who is no longer sick please let us know so that we can ensure that there is room for others in need of prayer. Also, reducing the list allows for those who need prayer to be more apparent.
